Established in 1998, Yoga Limbs is Hong Kong’s only family run yoga school.  We provide authentic, caring and superior yoga instruction in class sizes of no more than 16 students, where all students receive individual attention.

Our classes follow the Hatha tradition of yoga emphasising alignment, the use of props, and an in-depth understanding of the body, breath, and mind, with classes conducted to insure all students have the opportunity to LEARN Yoga; not just DO Yoga. 

‘Learned’ yoga, combined with our ‘Measurable Results’ feedback, ensures students are able to monitor and improve their personal yoga practice.
