New Italian restaurant opens up to a different tune
A little piece of Italy pops up on the corner of Pottinger Street and Wyndham Street under the tune of Mrs Jones. Inspired by Billy Paul’s jazz hit, “Me & Mrs Jones”, the new Italian restaurant will indulge its customers with tasty food and over time treat its Sunday night clientele with jazz music.
Mrs Jones opens mid-January with a simple yet sumptuous menu of pasta and main dishes, such as Gnocchi Ragu and Chicken Parmigiana, which can be washed down by its strong selection of old and new world wines.
The European décor of oak wood and amber tones is warm and inviting to customers who care to take advantage of its extremely affordable set lunch of three courses for HK$100 or the a la carte menu. Open from 12pm till late, customers can grab a bite to eat throughout the day so perfect for late lunchers or early diners.
Situated in the heart of Central, Concept Creations decided to open this understated yet hip brasserie to fall in line with the Group’s strategic direction of providing Hong Kong with country specific food with a twist at an honest price.
Katrina Mayer, managing director at Concept Creations said: “We are very much focused on expanding the Group’s range of restaurants. We already have success stories with Frites, which offers Belgium fare and recently opened Spanish tapas bar, TAPEO; it seemed a natural step to expand and provide customers with our unique Italian offering.”
Open from 12pm till late.
Good Times Reviews

Overall, a very good experience. Nice place and "comfort food". It was a bargain with my Good Times card, and prices were very reasonable even without. Will definitely be back.
