Formerly known as Lux, di Lux brings Italian dining to the next level.  Set in the heart of the central business district and in the center of Hong Kong's thriving restaurant and nightlife district of Lan Kwai Fong, di Lux is an ideal dining spot that serves modern Italian cusine by chef Mario Carlino.  Whilst elaborate set lunches are served daily, the fresh selection of salads and the antipasti bar are ideal for a quick lunch. 

The italian fare ranges from the traditional freshly baked pizzas to more exotic or regional specialties.  One of chef Mario's signature dishes is a braised beef cheek wrapped in truffle mashed potato highlighted by a sensuous red beetroot risotto.  A regional favorite from Sardinia is a stewed seafood with Mediterranean herbs served atop large grain couscous, which provide a light yet hearty meal.

Evening grooves to Bossa Nova beats in a warm eclectic setting.  Photos adorn the walls and the images and simple tones of grey and white transcend the room and are meant to remind the guest of home.  Weekend dining is available until the late hours where resident DJ's spin late night favorites.
