Rules of use
Rules of Use are subject to the Legal Notice. The prevailing language of all documentation for Good Times is English. This includes but is not limited to the Rules of Use, Legal Notice, offer details, and validity information. In any dispute, the decision of the outlet management is final. If there is a question regarding validity details, please ask outlet management prior to discount use.
Offers
Provide the outlet staff with Good Times membership card when placing your order. Offers are non-transferable, void if reproduced, and are not redeemable for cash. Offers are not valid on holidays or days before holidays (including but not limited to Dec. 24th or 31st, or Feb.14th).
Buy 1, get 1 FREE
The discount is for dine-in/in-store only. Unless otherwise stated, this discount applies to ala carte menu items only and excludes “set meals” or “package deals”. The offer is valid for equal or lesser value.
50% off
The discount may be limited to a maximum value. For example, for the offer “Save 50% off the food bill – max value $100” you will save $100 on any food bill greater than $200. On any bill less than $200, you will save 50% of the amount (i.e. if the food bill is $150, you will save $75).
Good Times in groups
One membership card may be used for every two people - maximum of 3 membership cards per party. The following guidelines apply:
• When 2 membership cards are used: The two highest priced main courses will be charged at full price.
• When 3 membership cards are used: The three highest priced main courses will be charged at full price.
Other items to note
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be used with children’s menu items, take-away, delivery, or in conjunction with other discounts. Each discount is valid for a single use - indicated by a hole being placed through the offer number.
Legal Notice
The barter, trade, sale, purchase, or transfer for compensation of Good Times ®, any of its offers, or printed “web” coupons by any person or entity, including but not limited to restaurants, travel services, travel providers, and printers, publishers, and distributors of Good Times ® or any of its offers is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized by Good Times ®. Good Times ® and its offers are intended for the personal use of the individual purchaser of Good Times ®. Additionally, the use of Good Times ® or any of its offers for advertising purposes, in any form or fashion, is strictly prohibited. Any use of an offer in violation of these Rules will render the offer VOID, and violators will be prosecuted. Offers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
Good Times ® and/or its parent or subsidiaries, will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept cards/coupons; however, we will use reasonable endeavors but in any event will not be obliged to incur costs to secure compliance.
Good Times ® disclaims any and all liability for loss occurring either direct, indirect, or consequential resulting from this contract, any accident, event or occurrence on, or resulting from the use of, the premises of the participating businesses including any and all liability relating to bodily injury, economic loss, property damage, or any loss. Good Times ® disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or otherwise regarding the condition of those premises or the safety of same. Good Times ® disclaims all alleged vicarious liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from the acts or omissions of the participating businesses.

優惠
客人如欲享折扣優惠，需於點菜時向餐館職員出示 Good Times會員咭。如優惠一旦失去效力，所有優惠不能轉換成現金。所有優惠不適用於假期及假期前夕（包括平安夜、除夕及情人節）
惠顧一客主菜，即免費多送一客
此優惠只適用於堂食。除非另外列明，否則此優惠只適用於單點食品並且套餐以外的食品。此優惠適用於同價或以下的食品。
半價優惠
此項優惠於部分食肆設有最高限額。例如：使用優惠「食品半價優惠--最高達至港幣一百元正」，客人若惠顧食品超過港幣二百元，此情況最高只可節省一百元；但若客人惠顧少於港幣二百元，結賬時可享半優優惠（即是若客人惠顧食品港幣一百五十元正，結賬時只需付港幣七十五元）。
團體用膳
當兩人或以上的團體一同用膳，以下規則需被遵從：
•每張「惠顧一份主菜，即免費多送一份」優惠卷只適用於每兩人，以每個團體最多只可同時使用此優惠三次。
•當使用兩張優惠卷：最高價錢的兩款菜式需以全價收費，而贈送的菜式價錢需與最高價菜式同優或較小價值。
•當使用三張優惠卷：最高價錢的三款菜式需以全價收費，而最低價錢的三款菜式將會免費。
其他使用須知
除非另外列明，所有優惠不適用於小童餐食、外賣自取、外賣速遞及與其他優惠同時使用。
法律通告
除非得到Good Times的批准，嚴禁任何人以任何形式交換、出售、購買或轉讓Good Times;任何人，包括Good Times的合作食肆、旅行社、印刷商、出版商及分銷商亦不可以列印網上贈卷。此外，不可以使用Good Times或其贈卷作推廣用途，若使用優惠時與使用規則有所抵觸，有關優惠即屬無效，違例者可能會被檢控 。
Good Times及/或其母./分公司將不會負責任何與已定合約有所抵觸，或拒絕接受咭/贈卷的情況；然而，我們會用適當但不涉及金錢的方法解決糾紛。
Good Times不會對任何或所有因為直接、間接、因此合約所帶來的問題，或因意外、事件或情況導致參與商業機構需要負上他人身體損傷、經濟損失、財物損毀負上責任。
Good Times不會對因參與商業機構的行為或疏忽而導致他人的身體損傷或財物損毀而負上責任。
